Here is why:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The People:<\/strong> Over 450 people registered for the two-day conference, and 430 people actually showed up! For those of us who have experience planning conferences or large-scale academic event, that is a pretty good yield from RSVPs! These attendees came from all over the U.S., from Hawaii to Tennessee to New York, and also included participants from Canada, France, Korea, Norway, and the UK!
