Wearing a <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kippah\" target=\"_blank\">yarmulke<\/a>, the Hollywood-area councilman sang Hanukkah songs in Hebrew, English and Spanish. &#8220;<em>Toda la familia<\/em>,&#8221; Garcetti said as the group huddled for a photo.<\/p>\n<p>A top contender to succeed <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Antonio_Villaraigosa\" target=\"_blank\">Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa<\/a>, Garcetti prides himself on his ease with the city&#8217;s diverse cultures.
