Roberts<\/a><\/strong>, George A. Weiss University Professor of Law and Sociology; Raymond Pace and Sadie Tanner Mossell Alexander Professor of Civil Rights<br \/>\n<em>University of Pennsylvania<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Professor Roberts will be discussing her latest project in connection with the \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lsa.umich.edu\/themesemester\/aboutthemesemesters\/understandingraceproject\" target=\"_blank\">Understanding Race<\/a>\u201d theme semester. In \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mixedracestudies.org\/?p=10863\" target=\"_blank\">Fatal Invention: How Science, Politics, and Big Business Re-create Race in the Twenty-First Century<\/a>\u201d she argues that America is experiencing a dangerous resurgence of classifying populations into biological races.
