Recognizing our privilege is arguably one of the most important steps in anti-oppression work, as it allows us to connect in a more honest way with our Indigenous &amp; PoC [People of Color] communities, as well as to address the ways in which we may benefit from the greater social system (white ableist hetero-patrichic supremacy).
