And whiteness can, and does, change.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The academics featured in <em>Not Quite White<\/em> include: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.saic.edu\/profiles\/faculty\/roxaneassaf\/\" target=\"_blank\">Roxane Assaf<\/a>, Adjunct Faculty, School of the Art Institute of Chicago; <a href=\"http:\/\/annhetzelgunkel.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Ann Hetzel Gunkel<\/a>, Director of Cultural Studies, Columbia College Chicago; <a href=\"http:\/\/las.depaul.edu\/lals\/People\/FacultyBiographies\/JohnKaram.asp\" target=\"_blank\">John Tofik Karam<\/a>, Assistant Professor of Latin American and Latino Studies, De Paul University; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.colum.edu\/Academics\/Humanities_History_and_Social_Sciences\/faculty\/Dominic_Pacyga.php\" target=\"_blank\">Dominic A. Pacyga<\/a>, Professor of History, Columbia College Chicago.<\/p>\n<p>DVD copies also include <em>On Whiteness<\/em>, a 16-minute video essay in which writer and co-director Jamil Khoury discusses the themes and ideas presented in his film.
