Above, framed monochrome prints and color landscapes adorned the walls.<\/p>\n<p>It is an archetypal image of upper middle class <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Brazil\" target=\"_blank\">Brazil<\/a>.
