It was almost as if <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Michelle_Alexander\" target=\"_blank\">Michelle Alexander<\/a>, author of \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/newjimcrow.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The New Jim Crow<\/a>,\u201d and the former attorney general <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eric_Holder\" target=\"_blank\">Eric H. Holder Jr.<\/a> had hacked his computer and collaborated on his speech.<\/p>\n<p>Many of Mr. Obama\u2019s admirers and critics have hungered for straight talk on race since he his election.
