Their efforts made our country a better place. It is now up to us to continue those efforts. Congress must restore the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Voting_Rights_Act_of_1965\" target=\"_blank\">Voting Rights Act<\/a>. Our state leaders and legislatures must make it easier \u2014 not harder \u2014 for more Americans to have their voices heard.
