calls \u2018multicultural tolerant\u2019 Australia home<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>WHEN Stephen Zahra went on a four-week holiday to <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vietnam\" target=\"_blank\">Vietnam<\/a> in 2006, little did he know how life changing the trip would be.<\/p>\n<p>His love for Vietnam inspired him to quit his job and move permanently to the southeast east Asian nation.<\/p>\n<p>It was a decision which would lead him to the love of his life, his wife Dao Nguyen, and the start of his present day life back in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Australia\" target=\"_blank\">Australia<\/a> as a happily married father of daughter Hayley.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen, a second generation <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maltese_people\" target=\"_blank\">Maltese<\/a>, and Vietnamese Dao are the changing face of Australian families and the multicultural melting pot which is <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Blacktown\" target=\"_blank\">Blacktown<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur wedding day in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ho_Chi_Minh_City\" target=\"_blank\">Ho Chi Minh City<\/a> was probably the biggest reminder how big the mix of cultures is between Dao and myself,\u201d Stephen said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy family flew over for the wedding and despite having no ability to speak Vietnamese with Dao\u2019s family found a way to communicate and make the day truly memorable&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Read the entire article <a
