With a growth rate three times that the rest of the population, this percentage will rise quickly (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.census.gov\/newsroom\/releases\/archives\/2010_census\/cb12-68.html\" target=\"_blank\">U.S. Census Bureau 2012<\/a>; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mixedracestudies.org\/?p=38424\" target=\"_blank\">Frey 2014<\/a>; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mixedracestudies.org\/?p=41356\" target=\"_blank\">Pew Research Center 2015<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>One would never know this, however, by viewing the nation\u2019s race policies.
