Special focus is on his readings and interpretations of a group of US anthropologists and <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eugenics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eugenicists<\/a> and his controversies with them, including <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Charles_Davenport\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charles Davenport<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Madison_Grant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Madison Grant<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Franz_Boas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Franz Boas<\/a>.
