Did you hear the news? Did ya? After sending a team of investigators to <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hawaii\" target=\"_blank\">Hawaii<\/a>, drawing the attention of the national and international media, and leading an almost six year charge of infesting the mind of those already under the influence of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/White-Racial-Frame-Centuries-Counter-Framing\/dp\/041599439X\" target=\"_blank\">white racial frame<\/a> into a catnip type psychological and emotional frenzy; the \u201cbenevolent one,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Donald_Trump\" target=\"_blank\">Donald J. Trump<\/a>, has publically and emphatically acknowledged that our President of the United States of America is\u2014get this, \u201can American!\u201d Yes it is true. Republican presidential nominee and town jester, Trump on Friday, September 16, 2016 recognized in a public forum for the first time in eight years that <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Barack_Obama\" target=\"_blank\">President Obama<\/a> was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mixedracestudies.org\/?p=49107\" target=\"_blank\">indeed born in the U.S.<\/a> After not only leading, but becoming synonymous with what many have described as the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Barack_Obama_citizenship_conspiracy_theories\" target=\"_blank\">birther movement<\/a>,\u201d Trump has conceded and given up on furthering the conspiracy theory that our President is not an American citizen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;One cannot forget the history behind the 1662 <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Colony_of_Virginia\" target=\"_blank\">Virginia<\/a> law that in particular focused on the behavior directed toward mixed-race people. The notion of the \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mixedracestudies.org\/?p=3208\" target=\"_blank\">one drop rule<\/a>\u2019 was consequently constructed.
