In his native Caroline County,\u00a0Virginia<\/a>,\u00a0Mark Loving II\u2019s\u00a0family name is well known.\u00a0Beyond generations of rootedness, there is both\u00a0a\u00a0plaque at the courthouse and a historical marker\u00a0about\u00a0his family history. One reason why\u00a0Mark\u00a0came to Eastern Mennonite University: some anonymity in a rural landscape not dissimilar to home.<\/p>\n

But being one of a crowd is shortly coming to an end for this sophomore kinesiology<\/a> major who plays basketball and has plans to become a physical therapist.\u00a0On Friday, Nov. 4, a movie will be released, the title of which is one word: his surname.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think too many people know,\u201d he said, \u201cbut that\u2019s starting to change. The word has got out there.\u201d…<\/p>\n
