Come join us at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.janm.org\" target=\"_blank\">Japanese American National Museum<\/a> and the USC campus for film screenings documenting the story of mixed race Japanese people, rich conversations with Hapa cultural icons, jam sessions, and a gastoronomic experience to remember. Please also join us as we hear from lead thinkers of Hapa Japan (and critical mixed race)\u00a0scholarship at the 3-day\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/criticalmixedracestudies.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Critical Mixed Race Studies<\/a>\u00a0(CMRS) Conference\u00a0which will be held in conjunction with the festival.\u00a0This year&#8217;s conference explores issues in trans (gender, gressions, migrations, racial).
