The event was held Thursday, Nov. 3 for the 27th annual Richard M. Summers Memorial Lecture presented by the English Department.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/engl.utoledo.edu\/english\/?page_id=2486\" target=\"_blank\">Kimberly Mack<\/a>, assistant professor of English said, \u201cI was blown away by Senna\u2019s skillful and fearless exploration of the complicated topics of racial, class and gender identity.
