Palace about to be lit,\u201d a black woman tweeted hours after an official announcement of Markle\u2019s engagement to <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Prince_Harry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prince Harry<\/a>. Another posted, \u201cSo I\u2019ve seen a black president of the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_States\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">United States<\/a>, and now I\u2019ll see a black woman joining the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/British_royal_family\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">British royal family<\/a>.
