Any changes would carry wide implications for legislative redistricting, civil rights laws and health statistics.<\/p>\n<p>So far, though, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">White House&#8217;s<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/omb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Office of Management and Budget<\/a>, which sets the standards for race and ethnicity data for federal agencies, has not released any decisions.
