  2. Identify as a woman<\/li>\n
  3. Identify as two or more races<\/li>\n
  4. Are actively working or studying in the legal field<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Participation Involves One 45-90 minute interview over Zoom<\/li>\n
    2. There is no direct compensation for participation.<\/li>\n
    3. Participation is voluntary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
