At the tender age of 23, Berhanu is already the CEO and creative director of the fashion brand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dynastythelabel.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dynasty the Label<\/a>. And that\u2019s just the beginning for the half-Vietnamese designer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Born in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Australia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Australia<\/a> into a family of a Vietnamese mother and an Ethiopian father, she understands more than anyone what it means to feel different. That sense of not fitting in nurtured Berhanu\u2019s aspiration to travel the world to experience cultural diversity. \u201cAfter saving enough money from part-time gigs in high school, I decided on <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/France\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">France<\/a> because I love the arts and culture scene there,\u201d she reminisces. \u201cWhen I returned, I resolved to explore more destinations because Australia has become my \u2018comfort zone.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Filled with hope and determination, she moved to <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vietnam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vietnam<\/a> in 2018. To her, Vietnam is a promised land where many of her personal plans could become a reality.
