The game will feature top seeds from both conferences and, for the first time in league history, two Black starting quarterbacks. Patrick Mahomes<\/a> and Jalen Hurts<\/a> will make history when they step onto the field in Arizona\u2014a special moment considering the strides the position and league have taken to improve diversity…<\/p>\n

\u201cI am proud. We came a long way,\u201d said Mahomes. \u201cAs I\u2019ve gotten into the NFL<\/a> and learned more about the history of the Black quarterback, I\u2019m happy that we\u2019re going to be on this stage.
