In the footsteps of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lsa.umich.edu\/ac\/people\/americanculturefaculty\/ci.alsultanyevelyn_ci.detail\" target=\"_blank\">Evelyn Alsultany<\/a> <strong>I advocate the creation of a new <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cartography\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>cartography<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u2014a space that is inclusive and beyond existing notions of race.<\/strong> To this end I embarked on a project of exploration of the representation of multiracial identity, drawing from <a href=\"http:\/\/aaas.fas.harvard.edu\/faculty\/homi_bhabha\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Homi K.
